Title: A new national order

(This Document has been colorized for your reading pleasure)

How long do you think this will last:

This now type of government is lawless; It is completely ruled by morality judges. If someone has undergone an act that is considered immoral, the accusing party has the option of sending him to a moral judge. The moral judge is one of the religion of the acuser. There will be another judge with the same religion of the defendant and a "logical judge" who will balence the powers of the two judges, as well as put in his two cents. There will be a greater court (as our current government has), and maybe some above that. The punishment for the moral crime (if the defendant has been declared guilty) will be decided by the judge of the religion of the defendant (in order to carry out the punishment found the correct amount as according to that religon)

Judges are hired by the monatary support of people who want him to be available to judge their society. In order to prevent "Personal judges," that is, judges used to manipulate the outcome of the trial, people are only allowed to pay a limited amount. Judges are not allowed to acept bribaries and in the case of an acusation of the acceptance of a bribary, will lose his job as a judge. Weather or not he will be able to regain his legal powers must be done so in court.

In order to prevent the creation of artificial religions for the benefit of the guilty, only the religions currently established will be excepted. In the event of a new religion establishment, The church (or whatever their center is) must prove it's validity of belief by physical evidence and must be established for more then 15 years. More years may be used if a large council (100 judges per state - at least 500) still doesn't believe in it's validity, they can extend the period to a maximum of 7 years.

There will be minimal government interferance with the economy, Thus saying, the taxes will be much lower. The only projects as of yet are for Road Construction and Maintenence

the Internal Government is simpily a council of the judges. They will get together and vote on issues when they arrive from the citizens (Ala Republic)

That's the basic part. If you have any questions, post it here. This is just a little project to find the perfect government. (Government officials: this is not a takeover. I know you people: you're very paranoid)

I don't like it.

Sorry, but I don't.  The amount of criticism I have for that system is in fact more than i have for the current system.

It's not even close to perfect.

You say judges are not allowed to take bribes, but then they are personally hired because they align with the person's religious beliefs, so they'd be basically hiring a lawyer, not a judge.

If the person is guilty, then their "judge" (translation: lawyer) gets to decide the punishment. Hmm. That would work.

I could go on, but I won't.

Really terrible if you ask me. :P

Government interference is good to some degree. I don't want low taxes, I want people to have a good quality of life. And roads are among the lesser factors to ensure that. :S

Speaking of new orders, I'm the bad cop now. Watch out for my mighty truncheon.
