Title: A question I have for you.
Post by: Satan on April 24, 2004, 06:56:00 pm
What is the Level 1 thing and the red bar under our avatars/username?  Is it supposed to be like a forum battle thing, because I have seen some forums like that.

just curious.... :?

Before the forums died, we had a Shining-style "level up" system, whereby you gained levels by posting more often. I don't think Ty or Dev have had time to implement it on the new boards yet, but don't worry, because it didn't really do anything, apart from allow the admins to laud it over everyone with their "level 1337" titles :P

Hehe, thanks for the answer, Newts.  I guess the only thing that could do is allow bragging rights for high posters

Even though I don't have the highest posts, I have skyrocketed my post count in the least amount of time out of everybody here.

Yeah, we're here because of the one word story posts, and all of rj's are 2 sentenses at the most.

(head explodes) IT HAS TOO MANY WORDS FOR YOUR LOW IQ!!!  You couldn't win a spelling b against an empty jar of mayonaise.

Your spelling isn't so sharp yourself...heh

Also, I believe it is a spelling "bee" and a jar of "mayonnaise"

Ok then, but I have never seen this Val post here since I registered, so that would be like a month of not posting, how can he have a faster post thing than me?

There was life before you entered the small YOB world....

Yes there was, and I wish I could have seen it. (or do I?)
It seems to me after the 'reincarnation' of YoB came to be, people have forgotten about it.  Then again, this place is peaceful in its own crazy, drunk, tired, emotionless, random sort of way.

P.S. I don carr ow I speel in herr.  It s not lik ith a requirrmeent.  You probably had to go look at a jar of it to find out how it's spelt.

Oh, sounds a bit serious...but anyway.  I bet there were much more memebers in the first Blah.

Incident? I doubt it really...I think the fact that Val and I grew apart in real life might have more to do with it...

With the revival thing going on does this mean we will have to be on the look out for people like Mod and somewhat like myself?!? o_O Scarey...Anywho, I figured since this was a Question type thread I would post in here rather than create a new one. Does the chat still happen on Sunday nights or did that die? I've been haunting the fourms for a while now and just thought of the chat :-) LOL Yes Im a bit dull, and I think I read about it somewhere before but I can't quite remember in what post so I thought I would ask instead....

The channel's registration ran out because we never used it, and the Mysteria network closed down, but we might get another channel on another network, if more than three people would use it.

Thou mayest be sitting upon high-post horse, but thou is not impervious from fall.

Thy post count shall consume thee!
