Funnily enough, one of the first games I ever wrote was a Sonic RPG (well, a text adventure). The very first Shining Online engine was also based on a Sonic game I'd written before. Good times...

There's some more further down too, including one of the battle system.
I'm not sure what to make of it so far. It looks like it might be a cross between a point-and-click adventure and a Final Fantasy style battler. The art is a little different from the usual Sonic style, but it might suit the RPG vibe. Looks to be worth watching out for. |
