Title: Tiles of the Week 2 Post by: Gustave on May 12, 2004, 11:41:12 pm I know its been more then a week but I've been busy. The file is not really tiles either its a house, but anyway, can I get some cretiques on the house, not the background tiles as they're old ones that I'm going to change 100%. Specifically I'd like to know how I can improve its quality, and maybe some roof color suggestions etc.

But if you planning on changing it, I'd say to make the walls a darker brown. The roof would look good darker blue or a red, IMO. Nice job.

I didn't really get a sensation of looking down at the house, it was more like looking at it head-on. The roof is excellent, but the walls could do with a rethink, I think. Looking very nice though :D

I like the shading I did on the walls but you're right it needs to be more top down. I don't wanty to redo the walls because I like them but I will take another attempt at the shading in a more top-down style. Thanks for all the cretiques.
