I did, apologies for the late reply! It was indeed Shining Force: Resurrection of the Dark Dragon for GameBoy Advance, which is a polished-up remake of the very first Shining Force on Mega Drive/Genesis. It doesn't really count as a new SF game but is good all the same.

Recently I've been playing a bit of Virtua Tennis 2009 on Wii, which is a very good game. Hoping to match up against Ty in some Halo soon, although not sure when I'll squeeze it in :\

I agree with the other guys - the black looks really good, although maybe a dark grey/purple cloak would look nice too.

Are you not thinking of Shining Force: Resurrection of the Dark Dragon on GameBoy Advance? As far as I know, the only Shining Force game on DS is Shining Force Cross, which is some weird action-strategy hybrid. Still, if SFC is like the original I'll be very pleased!
