781   Some cool book developers might enjoy
I browsed through Programming Gems 4 the other day, but only a few topics really interested me so it wasn't worth shelling out for. Still, the articles are very in depth and well written. Certainly gives you a lot to think about.

782   Please help me out?
"Only one account per household. US only."

Seeing as most people here are Dutch or English, I think your chances are even slimmer than before.

783   Bowie Online - The News
Yep. Once my thumb grows back there'll be more updates (I cut off part of my thumb so it's a little tender to type at the mo.)

784   Ye Olde Band - take sixteen :P
BeeMan on speed.

That is all.

785   Bowie Online - The News
If you're just wanting to post project progress updates, you'll soon be able to use the worklog feature on the site.

786   BEST TOPIC EVER: Stupid question

That's the best thing I've read in a long time.

787   Who would re-populate your Earth?
Newts and I had an interesting conversation on who we would use to repopulate Earth should all inhabitants be wiped out (which followed on from my previous conversation of which nations I would destroy).

So, the question is : If you had to choose two people to repopulate the Earth,  who would they be, and why? They can be real or fictional people, so use your imagination.

My choices:

Bruce Lee and Lady Penelope (from Thunderbirds).

Bruce Lee for his intelligence and physical prowess, and Lady Penelope for he looks, sophistication and intelligence. Yeah, smart people are good.

Vlad the Impaler and Queen Boadicea

Both good leaders, with an interesting leadership style to match. They'd either repopulate or kill each other though. Probably the second one...

Quite curious to see what combinations people have...

788   SFTA (update)
Sorry, I'll have it up on the news by the end of the day.

789   Euro 2004
England will win Euro 2004.

Then I will finish TSS.

Which is more likely? Tongue

Don't have Linux so I don't know how good Mono is, but it certainly sounds promising.

791   Progress
Just a quick note from me:

Still in the US, and got quite a few busy days coming back. Weather has been...stormy to say the least, so not too good.

I've done quite a bit of tSS work, including some work on Shining Aid. I hope to get most of it done by the time I get back, but I'm having to work late into the night on it so it may take a while.

I've ironed out a lot of bugs, but probably introduced a few more. Time will tell.

I won't upload the new version until it's ready, so you'll have to wait a little while longer. Sorry for the delay, but I do have other things to do Tongue

That's all for now. See you all in two weeks.

792   Back
Just wait a few weeks, and it'll all be done. I'm in the US at the moment, but I even brought my laptop with me so I could finish the site. That's either dedication or stupidity.

Looking good so far, and should be able to upload v1 of the site in a few weeks.

793   First to 100 posts !
That's very good, and we're all very scared.

794   Used programming languages/systems
I use Eclipse for Java and PHP (with the PHP plugin) and it's rather nice to use. Still missing a few features I'd like, but has helped me create the new tSS quicker than notepad would let me.

795   I am back! (and the word association game!)
http://www.shiningsource.net/forum/index.php?topic=6.0

The last word association thread died a deserved death.

Custom titles aren't implemented yet, seeing as I've got 1,000,000 other things to do. Maybe soon.
