As you had a talk about Saturn games recently I thought I might direct the attention two the two saturn emulators that are avaible at the moment.
Satourne (http://satourne.consollection.com/) 2.0 will be released soon and it looks really promising... can't wait to hear if SF3 will be playable (which would enforce a major speed up but we'll see).
Als Yabause (http://yabause.sourceforge.net/) looks promising as it evolves rather fast. Next to that they have a nice april fools day joke on their website (http://yabause.sourceforge.net/screenshots.php).
As the Sega emulator did already a fine job I'm really looking forward to these two and hopefully we will get an emulator capable of SF3 this year.
Last but not least as I am talking about emulators I should also add the URL of chankast - the only avaible DC emulator - http://www.chanka.org/

Cassini is one of the best right now. It's a hack of the Giri Giri and runs very well with a nice interface.

Insert pretentious signiture here.
Cassini is the one for SF3, had it running with minimal flaws. The only problem was that the floor was blacked out in the 3d fight scenes (not the battle map, just those close ups).
Got around 20-30 fps on the old pc which was:
1.4Ghz Athlon Thunderbird Core
512mb ddr (133mhz x2)
GeForce 3 Ti
So a modern pc would run it quite smooth.

Only problem I had with SF3 was the text in the text boxes looking funny and the battle scenes taking longer to load up than I recall! Other than that it was a joy to behold seeing those graphics running smoothly on my flatscreen monitor
