61   Re: Bung Ole Ole Never Ending Thread - Vintage Classics Edition -
Pff, the next month or so. I am online NOW! It's good to be back on YoB, even if I'm finding my return to the 'net rather bewildering. There's so much to do, but by the time I've sat down at the PC I've forgotten what it was I wanted to do... I'm sure it'll come back to me.

I don't have a favourite drink at the moment, but my culinary addiction is Blue Dragon Thai Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce. Don't let its name confuse you - it has nothing to do with the Mistwalker/Akira Toriyama 360 RPG, and can be used for things other than dipping. I rather like it on burgers.

62   Re: La Bonet version soixante-neuf!
Sonic Unleashed made me come here. I love it.

I also love Blah but I hate custard. What's up with that?

63   Re: NEW Shining Online music
Great minds think alike, L@zy - that's the soundcard I bought Cheesy It's a cracker, I'm very fond of it although I did object at first at having to buy converters from 3.5mm to RCA. Still, I think I'm over that now.

I haven't written much recently apart from a snippet of a song under my Prosody name, which sounds quite nice without going anywhere. There's also a nice piano lullaby that meanders towards the middle which I have to sort out. Hopefully I'll be able to post about this wonderful 80-piece orchestral track I'm starting soon Smiley

64   Re: Birthday wishes
Thanks for your birthday wishes everyone, and hope you all have, had or will have a good birthday.

Being 24 is a scary proposition, although not as bad as being 25, eh mate?

65   Re: Birthday wishes
It's nearly that time again..!

66   Re: The Wheel of Morality Keeps on Rollin'
I don't even want to know what that should say.

This is the first time I've been on YoB for a few months, and even though I'm not drunk this is the first topic I opened, so I thought I should write a response.

Merrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

I miss you Blah.

67   Re: La Bonet version soixante-neuf!
I thought I'd miss the Obelisk more than I do, but there's no reason to use it without regular Internet access.

I completed Shining Force III: Scenario I the other day in a little over 25 hours, something of a speedy run. I probably missed quite a bit but I still did the important things - Barnard, Noon, Hell Dragon and pretty much everything else. Now I'm on Scenario II (using a paper translation Cheesy) and can't wait to get stuck into it and get onto Scenario III!

68   Re: La Bonet version soixante-neuf!
Phil's playing SFIII at the moment, and every time I hear a piece of music from it I remember how much I really, really love it and how, sadly, I may never have the time or opportunity to play it through again.

69   Re: La Bonet version soixante-neuf!
I thought that said you were on the cheeseboard Tongue I thought, "What the heck does that mean?"

70   Shining Force III refugee battle
Hello everyone,

Phil's having a few troubles getting past this battle at the moment. Dantares makes it to the switch, and the refugees make it across the tracks, but the knights and archers always seem to bash them about. I know neither Chris nor myself got around to creating a map or guide for this battle, but I wondered if anyone had any hints to give Phil a bit of a fighting chance.

Cheers guys!

71   Re: The Wheel of Morality Keeps on Rollin'
I was even more drunk last night, and today I'm suffering from a much worse hangover, although I've still found time to post in the Wheel today. That's dedication for you.

72   Re: The Wheel of Morality Keeps on Rollin'
With a grand bottle of Les Fontenilles red wine to my name, I am answering the call of the wheel. I was hoping my typing would be wqorse by now, but I find myself correcting most of the mistakes ( except that one in worse, of course), just out f sheer habit.

Tomorrow I have work. I hope I am not hungoiver, but if I am, I am sure it will be amusing.

Cheers, Wheel!

VIVA BLAH!

73   Re: Summer Around the Corner
Last year was probably the final summer break for me, although I do get a two-week holiday towards the end of June, which is nice. A lot of kids came into the shop today with their shirts signed as they'd just broken up for study leave - in the middle of May! The madness!

In the summer I will be mostly working in the hot, hot shop, selling sports games to people who can eat ice creams. Woe is me.

74   Re: Movie Poll
Phill, you are truly the voice of wisdom. Although I haven't seen Ghost Rider, and I did quite like the Fantastic Four, everything else you said was spot-on.

The first two Spider-Man films are easily the best films made out of comic book characters ever. The second one is so good it's more like a proper film with comic book characters in it. The third one wasn't as good but was still better than most, although I actually quite liked X3 too. I'm so affable!

75   Re: Wii Fiasco
We're still having definite stock issues in Britain - shipments seem to come in every week or two but in really small quantities, and I suspect most of the people who wanted a Wii at launch probably have given up because they can't get hold of one. It's a shame, and their installed userbase is very low because they just can't get the machines into shops. Shame really.
