considering an excellent coach ... what do you guys think i already bought trainees ( 2 goalies )

From what I read so far, the difference between solid and excellent coach is kinda minimal... I wouldn't do it, but it's your money. I'd rather spend the 2.5M I'm saving on another good addition to my team.
