I really want to get this finished, and I would lose all motivation if I'd sold my stuff and STILL had to complete it. Instead, it needs to be finished by the new date in order to keep my stuff. Or something like that.
Considering what's happened in the last few weeks, the fact I got anything done surprises me

Sell your stuff, or at least sell part of it and add something to "the pot" to buy the time, or else how are you not just gonna give youreself 2 more years to finish it.
