So there we go. In the time it's taken me to get a sprite moving on the screen, machines have evolved to make complete games.

That's still pretty neat though Smiley

Nice stuff indeed! Making games does take far too much time, it's good to see people trying to automate a part of the creative process Smiley Smiley

I'll be making something this weekend for Ludum Dare. I also made a little page to automatically update when I push code to GitHub or post a screenshot / tweet etc (here).

How much time do you have to make a game? Only 24 hours?

It's 48 hours in total, so pretty tight. I've done a few jams before, but this is the biggest one I know of so wanted to give it a try. It's kicking my ass though Wink

Oh dear Wink. Well, even a game finished in 96 hours is worthwhile though Wink.

Which reminds me... did I ever officially release the vastly updated BABS + main storyline crap at all? I can't find it anywhere online Wink.

Here's the finished thing, for those interested: http://lab.sodaware.net/game-jams/ld-23/

It turned out ok, although I wanted to put more features in it like a shop or upgrade system. Maybe next time. Still, it's almost playable Wink I can't help but think I could come up with a small Shining style game in a few weeks using flixel.

I'll dig on my hard-drive tomorrow for any BABS releases Smiley

Well we get a lot of bratwurstbots, so that means we're popular, right?
