I don't know where this came from, but I was thinking about this in bed last night and wondered what your assorted input was.
If a wasp, bee, hornet or other stinging creature got inside your head and stung your brain, what would happen? I mean, are there nerves on your brain's surface enabling you to feel the sting? Would it swell up, fill your cranium and then burst out through your ears?
I'm not expecting a real answer, so feel free to muse over the possibilities of this scenario.

You'd become a superhero, with bee-like powers.
You'd have the ability to fly, sting, and shoot sticky honey at enemies. You would also have the ability to produce ultra high frequency Buzzzz sounds that would deafen the enemy and render them hopeless.
*cheesy music*
Bee-man, Bee-man, does whatever a Hornet can,
Stings your nose, in the park,
catches thieves, in the dark,
Beeee-ware! There goes a bee-man!
Is he strong? I'll bet ya money,
he's got radioactive honey,
can he fly, yes he does,
take a look overhead
Beeee-ware! There goes a bee-man!
In the chill of night,
at the scene of a crime,
like a speeding light,
he arrives just in time!
*Repeat first verse*
Beeee-ware! There goes a bee-maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan! *fade*

Having seen Spider-man 2 today (my review - you HAVE to see it), I'm firmly in the mood for recording this novel track. I think it should be Ye Olde Band's first song! I'll record a basic track and everyone should sing the main lyrics and we could layer it. That'd be too cool, man.
You know you want to.

I finally got around to recording it this afternoon during a thunderstorm (how atmospheric!), so here's the Prosody acoustic version of Chris's inspired Beeman song!
http://www.prosody.co.uk/Tracks.aspx?mode=Track&ID=6
I think it'd be great if we heard a lot more versions of this song. I might consider a piano ballad recording, and maybe a death metal one too
Enjoy the song!

Definate playlist material
I'll try to whip out a version too, although I first have to find myself a microphone
.
Edit: Fux! My microphone is broken all of a sudden

Yes, I am aware of that

Glad you liked it, Dev! Shame about the mic, but I still think this should be Ye Olde Band's first single

i could record a slow, foky sort of drumbeat (which would fit well, i think), and find a way to splice it into the track! we'd just need ye olde bassist then!
btw, my opinion still stands that you are talented. i can't play f, because my fingers are wierd!
w00t my friend, woot.
