it's not exactly new dude.
i've been using it for about 10 months now.
good job switching over though.
most of the people i try to convert argue that if it was so much better, it would have come with windows (*smacks forhead*).

What I miss when using firefox are some neat features I liked using mozilla:
a button to en-/disable faster and the ability to move tabs and autoload multiple tabs on startup (like a bunch of forums I always visit).
Those features where included in a extension to Mozilla - so I hope that it will be proted to firefox.
BTW Thunderbird the Mozilla standalone mailprogramm really rocks especially if you tweak it with some extensions

I'm pretty sure firefox does have the option to load multiple tabs at startup, but it's kind of buried.

Well the advantage of firefox is that it consumes maybe a third of ressources and if I'm programming Mozilla kills my Laptop..
Loading multitabs is not reachable via the standard interface as far as I know but it should be easy to implement as an extension.

Another happy Firefox user here. Still use IE for certain things, but FireFox is the browser of choice. It is a bit of a hog sometimes though.

It's not that much different to IE, but then again I didn't really expect it to be Some of the ideas look good though. I shall have to try them out...

I shall have to try them out...check out the plugin that lets you use mouse gentures.. you can press right mouse button and draw to control the browser.. a line left to right moves you back a page and clikcing a link and draging up opens a page in a new window... loads of cool shortcuts
It's called 'All in One Gestures' by Marc Boullet.. get it by going 'Tools' / 'Extensions' / 'Get more extensions'

Some of the ideas look good though. I shall have to try them out...no pop ups, ability to block adds on sites, multiple plugins. Biggest thing however is the tabbed browsing. So much easier to use then having 198423987 IEs open.
