Old news I'd say - I mean ehm.. it was released quite some time ago.
They recently released a "Best Of" album which is quite nice.
Personally I prefer their second album to any other as it contains "Wishmaster" which is their best song ever.
Next to that - if you like "Once" you should have a look at the new Within Temptation album "The Silent Force" it's quite a good one!

WELCOEM TWO LAST WEAK!!!!!11111
But seriously, it has a few good songs (Nemo, Ghost Love Score, some others) and has a few bad songs... just like every other Nightwish album
. The Within Temptation album is alright too, it's a tad too much of the same though. I'm all for creating your own sound, but I don't think the final objective is to make each and every song sound the exact same way.

Hey I'm hardcore!
I like Napalm Death as well
. Does that make up for it?
That's an interesting discussion though... what makes the music so bad... the fact that it sells well? Is music only cool when you have to dig through back alley stores to be able to find a CD from them, because it's "too cool" for main-stream stores? What's wrong with commerciality? Discuss!

Most commercial music lack the experimental element that I appreciate so much in music. Hence they suck.
I don't know about Nightwish though. I used to be a fan of them, but I completely lost them out of sight when they released their fourth album.
Within Temptation was mediocre on album, very good on Pinkpop on 2002 but I haven't listened to their latest album yet. It was bloody time that they produced a new one though

Well with Within Temptation - they went a long way from "real hard" Gothic with grunts to their current well rather soft girlie gothic - nevertheless good music and live their hell of an appearance. Saw them live last year on a festival and they beat the shit out of Evanascence - the top act in girlie gothic. And when watching MTV I prefer to see (and hear) Within Temptation than Eminem's ass.
BTW Nightwish are usually a really cool live band - saw them live on Wacken Open Air some years ago and bought their first CD the same weekend so you might say that they had a deep impression on me.
Napalm Death really rule tho their last two cover album weren't my cup of tea - a cover is much more fun if you actually now the original. Nevertheless Diatribes is still my favorite.
Anybody heard of "Dover" on album their just a Spanish alternative rock group but live they rock the hell out of you. Saw them just some weeks ago and man they were much heavier than I expected.

My favourite Napalm Death album is Order of the Leech
.
No, I've never heard of Dover... and I'm not sure if we'll hear much more from Damageplan, with their guitarist (ex-Pantera) murdered
