Catalyst2 do the hosting, and I deal with the hosting stuff. Chances are we'll change hosts next year, as this whole downtime thing hasn't made me very happy.

It's something Dev and I have considered, but I generally feel more secure with paid hosting (despite being screwed several times). I'm looking at running the site off two servers, in case one breaks down. Which seems to happen more than I'd like.
