The Shining Source

Well, normally  I'd post this on DcD first, but since I've been getting in trouble for not just posting "big news" I'll just post it here first till I get permission from the boss. Anyway...

As the title states, Sega has opened up a new website, called "Shining World". The offical opening will be April 30th, 2004. Till then, we get this cool picture:




As you can tell from the picture, three new Shining games are coming our way, two Shining Force games (one presumably for the GBA), and Shining Tears. Little else is known about these titles, even what console they will be on, (with the exception of Shining Force: RotDD for GBA). The other Shining games could very well be either the MMORPG Sega announced a few months ago, or an all new, original Shining adventure. Either way, this has left us with a lot to anticipate come E3.

This is a very interesting development! Fortunately Edgemaster's subsite is called Shining Force World, so that we don't have a total clash in names.

This is great news

I just hope theres a multi-format game in there, so everyone can experience the wonders of Shining Force. Plus i'd hate to have to buy a GC or PS2, because thats what id do for shining force :S

Either ways, SFW isnt coming along much at the moment, but after my exams i will push myself to get it all back up again

I can't wait. You know how cool it would be to have some tactical SF games and a MMORPG SF !
