I dunno, maybe go down the narrowest street you can find and the narrowest alley off that, then the next day go past it again and perhaps you'll see a weird shop there you didn't see yesterday which might not be there tomorrow, and perhaps the little old man inside will sell you one(I miss having time to read Pratchett).
Or of course you could just buy it off a social networking site.  Those things suck up peoples time like a really sucky thing sucks suckables.
