I need stuff to decorate my new place, might whip out some crafty stuff and make my own rather than buying, then just lie blatently and say its from the latest new york artist when people tell me it looks like a 5 year old made it.

A lot of people on etsy.com do custom orders. I was tempted to get some Shining Force figures made, but I think I might wait until I've moved before doing that.

I was disappointed to see the Nintendo bias on Etsy - everyone can do Mario or Link, but there's next to no Sonics or Alex Kidds. I spy a gap in the market!
