Roads:
1.0 move point per tile
-5% melee miss chance (roads make charging so very convenient, you know?

Desert:
1.8 move point per tile
+10% melee miss chance
+5% missile miss chance
This is all open for suggestions and input, but I am probably going to hardcode it into Smee, to prevent weird clashes with different maps from different people

Feel free to give me your opinion on this. Should land affect more things than movement and miss chance in your opinion?
