I see that the board people are doing well (and maybe more to come). Has there been an "official" count?

One time I saw one at the beach. He was surfing. So I was like; "HEY MONKEY!!! HAHA WHY ARE YOU SURFING?!?!" Which distracted him, and he died. They brought him back to the hospital, to try to revive him, but it was no use, the monkey was..."OH MY GOD!!!" Everyone screamed in horror; "THE MONKEY HAS COME BACK TO LIFE!!!" The monkey then proceeded to...Ehh, too lazy to finish.

Chris - I used to get quite a lot of people talking to me about it on AIM and MSN, and through here. Mostly people that found links/did searches and all that. We had quite a big fanbase at the time, but the Shining scene has sort of displaced in recent times, so we're a bit thin on members at the moment. I'm sure a revitalised Shining Online would bring them back!
A shame, I wonder if that's because of people just drifting to new things? Or would it be more active if Sega's recent attempts in the Shining universe were up to scratch?

I think it would be more active in that case, since the whole scene would attract more new and younger fans. We sort of miss out on those now, as Sega's latest games only attracts real action RPG freaks
