Really ugly code, but it works. Team members can be revived if there is enough money, or they can be ignored.

Update `TypeTextBehaviour" to show hidden text labels ...

Otherwise nothing visible happens if the label is hidden and the behaviour is applied to it.

Add sprite behaviours for working with text boxes ...
Adds the following new behaviours:
- TextboxAppearBehaviour - Animate a textbox appearing
- TextboxDisappearBehaviour - Animate a textbox disappearing
- TypeTextBehaviour - Type text in a Shining Force style
Eventually all three of these behaviours will be used to rewrite the current textbox system.
