Still, if they'd come up with a good 3D turn-based tactical game they'd probably be all back in the running.
I just don't really expect them making such a thing :/.

no offense intended to anyone but i think that today's gaming industry is being swallowed by porno and anime...things that should all be seperate in their own respects.
Storyline has taken a backseat for typical anime-esque character behaviors, and breasts flying at you in every turn.
Taking a different direction:
I think Squaresoft is the spawn of satan ever since they sold out their signature old-school rpg genius for the shit they shovel at you today...When they bought out Enix i cried
Anywho..keep posting damnit!

I completely agree about Squaresoft. It's been a long time since I last enjoyed a Squaresoft game.
Unlike Sega and Sammy, Enix wasn't so much a buy out as a merger though..?
Only time will tell if they are completely uneffected.

Dev - how come I counted about eighty posts since midnight earlier? We're running on BST remember
Either way, I think this is a more than adequate show of support to give Ty the kick up the backside he needs. He'll be back just after 6pm BST, so another 100 posts by then would really impress him

yeah i suppose it was more of a merger...which i thought was quite cool at the time since i was enjoying FFII and Enix rpgs like 7th Saga...ive yet to see anything with the Enix flair
Hence my love of SOnline
there arent any comical releif creatures that are all squeaky and everyone and their damned grandmother doesnt emulate them...at least not yet
It plays smoothly, ive yet to have an attack of the breastly kind...everything is just so humble.
I'll get off my Gaming-Political-Soapbox
just lettin' off some steam there earlier

I just want to stand up for the green and say that I love it, and I think it helps newts-hood and his merry men hide better.

Shhhhhh Elvy, I was about to jump out and steal from the passing rich bad guy, the Sheriff of Devingham
As for comical relief characters in SOnline, I don't remember having any planned, but Ken was always the source of much amusement, either through his brain-numbing boringness or those many, many encounters with the Trent.
