The Shining Source

Well, I haven’t been able to do much about the site, because I’m working heavily on my Verge Olympics entry…

..and believe me, it’s going to be _very_ nice 8)

Added 4 new shots to the gallery (from the Christmas demo), and also 2 new works by Kusgam, including some rather lovely wallpaper!

Also added some more entries to the development diary, and changed 1 or 2 bits on the download page (okay, I changed 1 thing :P)

More updates coming soon…

Not a lot…

• Wrote some compression routines – shrinks maps up to 2% of their original size. Which is nice.
• Tested a few more online options.

That’s right, I even work on New Year’s Eve…

• Put in the new title screen, complete with menus.
• Improved load/saving.
• Added a character chooser.
• Played with some online stuff. It worked ;).
• Generally messed around with the code…
